I am a merit badge counselor and worked with a Scout to complete a merit badge over the weekend. After linking to their account, I am unable to follow the link to approve their merit badge.
I am not a leader in this Scout’s troop.
Following the links from My Account, My Connections, then tapping on the Scout will produce an error.

@TylerAkins post the Scouts MID #. (no names) and the Merit Badge being worked.
But going to connections is not really the right way to go in Legacy - from Dashboard, use the MBC are in the top left corner
The ID I see (unsure which number it is) is 4745478. I’m trying to approve Emergency Preparedness.
I don’t understand why this isn’t really the right way. In order to work with a Scout, I have to go to My Connections, but then clicking on the connection is not a normally expected path forward?

Clicking on the connection used to work. Do you know why it changed?
It is a known bug - we honestly did not know any MBCs where going to connection after the MBC area was introduced (as it is so much easier)
