I have been trying for the last couple weeks to assign new ASMs to their patrols in scoutbook. However, when I type their name into the “search for existing user” field- scoutbook returns with “no record found that satisfies the search criteria”. I have confirmed these adults have active memberships with YPT and are listed as ASM on their role. I’m not sure how to proceed. This is happening for multiple adult leaders.
Are these new ASMs on your SB and my.scouting.org rosters? If not, post their Scouting America member IDs (no names) and we will investigate.
If they are on your SB roster, click on their name in the roster select Positions then click Add Position.
Alternately, you can use Edit Patrol in Scoutbook Plus and add the adult to the patrol by selecting their name on the left and clicking add.

If for Key 3 they show in my.scouting.org > unit > Roster - they should be in SB already so you do not need to search for them.
