I can't Add a Advisor to a Patrol

Scoutbook can’t seem to find one of our registered adults in the system to add them as a Patrol Advisor. His Member ID is 128055620 and I know he is active becuase he is our outgoing Scoutmaster.

Can someone help me understand exactly how to use the search Scoutbook forces on us? I have never been able to find an adult in the 8 years I have been using it. Do I need to enter all fields? I tried every combination of entry possible between name, email, and member ID.

@ReidHollander well if this is for Troop 6 - the person is already in the unit in SB - Go to Unit > Roster > Click their name (if you get error click Shift + Refresh on error page) > then add the position. And there is no such thing as a Patrol Advisor. You can assign ASMs to a patrol
