Search returns no results when attempting to add an adult leader to a patrol

I’m trying to add an adult leader to a patrol by opening the patrol in Scoutbook and clicking on Add Leader under the Adult Leaders section, but Search for Existing User doesn’t return any results. I’ve tried to search by name, email, and member ID, but nothing works. I can see the adult in our Troop roster listed as an Assistant Scoutmaster (not in pending status). I tried searching for myself (I’m the Scoutmaster and I’ve been in Scoutbook for years), and also hit a wall with the search. For reference, the member ID of the adult I’m trying to add is 13411135.

As a follow-up, I’m able to do this in Scoutbook Plus (i.e., the same leader that isn’t found in Scoutbook is listed when I edit the patrol in Scoutbook Plus).

I think there’s already a thread out there about the adult search not working properly.

Does the ASM appear in the roster at Scoutbook? If so, you can simply click on the adult’s name in the roster, and add the ASM position in the patrol. It’s a work-around, rather than a fix, but at least it’s a method to achieve the desired effect.

It is achievable in SB+ which serves the purpose - this user is assigned to the Phoenix Trucks @MarkKarlstad
