I am the COR and have seen all scouts in Scoutbook plus in the past. For some reason, I can only see five scouts now. I have checked my filters and that is not the issue. My scout ID is 102653860
@HeatherBlankinship under filters did you click RESET - no matter what the filters said?
I did not. That resolved the problem. Not intuitive but now I know. Thank you.
It is annoying - but really one of those things you should only ever have to do once
