Is there something wonky going on with Scoutbook Plus? Both yesterday and today when I go in there it shows 0 people in any of my units - both my home unit where I am the COR, and any of my district units. I was recently assigned as a unit commissioner, so is it possible that something got messed up when that happened last week?
Reference: My home unit is: Jersey Shore Council, Northern Lights District, Cub Scouts Pack 57

Do you have your Charter Org Rep position selected in the upper right corner of the Scoutbook Plus window?
@KristenAyres- and make sure you reset your roster filters
Following because I’m having the same issue. I have already cleaned the cache, so it’s not that issue. And I have tried multiple machines. And it shows that I have full access as Admin.
Scoutbook Legacy works normally, it’s just Scoutbook Plus not working.
Yes, I do – it shows blank no matter which position I choose.

Oh! You have to actually reset the filters and then reset them again to be the filter you want. Ok. Once I did it twice it worked. Thanks!
