I have lost all scouts in my unit from the new Scoutbook Pergatory. First it was the second wolf den and all other second dens at the ranks, but they were accesible through the good Scoutbook (Legacy). Now all scouts across the entire Pack have been lost. I am the Cubmaster, and Den leader for 2 Dens and cannot enter, approve, award anything.
@JohnBurns6- have you tried an incognito window ?
@JohnBurns6 sounds like your cache - you can post a few Scout Member #s (no names) and we can take a look

I can not see any member’s #’s, this is my child’s # 14767443 and is blocked from my viewing as well. I can see names when editing/creating den’s but then den lists with no one in it.
I’m not sure how that would change anything, but also unable to do so from work issued devices.
@JohnBurns6 they are all in SB - you can try going to Filter on top right roster and clicking reset. But this is an issue with your cache.

I am having the exact same issue. I have tired on my computer and mobile device. None of my cub scouts are showing up. My roster does populate on my.scouting. I am the cub master for my unit.
Also worth noting that I am an ASM for a troop and the troop roster is showing without issue in advancements.scouting.org
Donovan, I just did the reset. It worked, I don’t know how they got filtered out since yesterday. But they are back and I know 1 more way to troubleshot for next time (if it happens again). Thank you for your help. Have a great week.

Got to Roster Filter - Top Right - and click Reset Filters
