I am posting this problem for my wife. She is unable to log on to her Scouting or Scoutbook account because she used her work Gmail account and her employer has now restricted what she can access with her Gmail. Is there a way to reset her login information so that she can get in to her accounts and change the email associated with them?
Your Council can change her my.scouting.org ID to use an ID and Password. The SUAC is not able to do this.
