Last year, I had previously granted my daughter access to log into scoutbook under her own email address, however since her troop started the combined troop pilot she has been unable to login to scoutbook. This is the first chance I’ve had to troubleshoot this. A successly password reset and using her user ID instead of password doesn’t work to get her into scoutbook. Instead it only allows her into my.scouting.org. What can be done to resolve this issue?
Nevermind, it took some time but the reset must have fixed it, I can now get into scoutbook, it just took like 20 minutes for it to start working
