Hello! I am trying to help a parent to log into her Scoutbook/my.scouting accounts. When she logged in like 2 years ago, she used Google Id with an email that she no longer has access to. She doesn’t remember the password so if she try to reset the password she won’t be able to do it because she doesn’t have access to the Google ID email connected to it. Is there some way to reset that so she can use the yahoo email she has in her BSA account? Her BSA Id number is 13746670. Thank you!
She will need to ask your council to submit a ticket to national.
Or she might be able to create a new username, and we could retire the old username.
