Can't approve Eagle because Citizenship in Society blocking

We have a scout that finished his Eagle and passed his board of review. As citizenship in the society MB now shows in Scoutbook, the system will not let me mark his BOR as completed/approved even thought the MB is not required until July 1. I even tried signing off req #3 (Earn 21 MB) but that didn’t work.

How do we get around this?

Check the version of the Eagle Scout rank that’s set in the scout’s advancement list. I believe it’s defaulting to the latest requirements version.
