In my roster, when I go to click on a scout’s name, I find that the name is not click-able. It doesn’t let me open their profiles. What can I do?
@carrieclark1 - is this at advancements.scouting.org and your role/registered position in the unit ?
@carrieclark1 that is because you are not assigned to a den - a Unit leader needs to go to Edit Den and add you in SB+
