As a scoutmaster in my unit I am unable to click on the profile of a new scout Internet Advancement

When I click on the name I get:

Error Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.

On a refresh of the page I get: The youth was not found within the active unit.

I am able to view/edit the other scouts without issues.

How soon can we expect a fix?

I am Pack Committee Chair and I get this error when trying to look at any of our new scouts.

We are starting our scouting year this week and will be doing Den Leader training on ScoutBook.

It’s a serious problem if we cannot even look at the details of our new Scouts in ScoutBook, and will it will not give the new Den Leaders a good impression of ScoutBook.

There is no time line - we have expressed it is an issue.
