I need to remove some leaders from our roster but have no way to do so as I can’t get to their profile page from the roster, and they are no longer affiliated with a scout in our troop. their scout aged out. I’m using Chrome on a windows machine. Thanks!
@SummerSchiavo this is an known issue - when you get the error page just refresh the page

Interesting. Maybe, just remove the “back” button (or make it blend into the background so no one knows the affordance it is there) and instead add some text somewhere that says it encountered an issue, please refresh the screen? (I’m a UX researcher for tech companies so thought I’d share the idea - YIS)
