I am the treasurer for my pack and currently keep the accounts up to date through Scoutbook Legacy however it appears that at some point this will be moving to scoutbook plus. In scoutbook plus I cannot see our entire Lion den. I have reset the filters several times but even though I xan access them in Scoutbook Legacy I cannot see them in plus. How fo I fix this so that when the account part gets migrated iver I can update all of the account information.
Need help: When I go to quick entry, all of the scouts are greyed out and I cannot do bulk entry for the den. I have to go individually to each scout and update. Why is that happening??
I don’t know what that means… Before, when I went to the quick entry, it was just my den, now I see the whole pack, but all scouts including my den are all greyed out.
See attachment for what I am seeing. I select the requirement, then enter the details, but all scouts are showing not eligible, even though some of the scouts in my den, should be. (the blue box ones are not mine, but the orange box ones are)
@AmyTerriquez - ok.. perhaps a screen shot of that as well. Now in my.scouting.org your registered position is den leader and you are assigned to that den ?
You are registered as an Assistant Den Leader but have only been given Advancement Approver and Awarder permission, not Advancement Editor. Ask a Key 3 member to add Advancement Editor to your permissions. About 24 hours later you should be able to use Quick Entry.
