I have a single Lion (sb user id 14382810) I’m trying to add to a Lion den.
In Old Scoutbook, he shows as linked to one, but in Scoutbook Plus, I can’t even see him on the roster, and I don’t see the Lion den either.
This is most likely a cache issue. Try resetting your cache or use an incognito window.
The developers have asked for steps you took to add the Scout to the den.
I added them by editing a den in Scoutbook Plus and adding them there.
They didn’t seem to “stick” when i looked there the next day, they were still unassigned, so I did it again (maybe also having to add a new Lion den) and tha tmay have gotten them in this state as well.
I think I am having a similar issue. Recently created a new Lion Den 1 in Scoutbook Plus, and added a couple new Lion Scouts. It seems every day they are removed. I can go back in and Edit the Den and add them again and they stay for a while but eventually are removed from that Den. The Den itself still shows on the roster, but I have to keep re-adding those two Scouts.

The two I keep having to add to the ‘Lion 1’ den are: 141785692 and 141845864.

The developers are investigating.
The developers removed your 3 Scouts from the Lion den, deleted both dens the recreated a single Lion den and restored the members. Hopefully this fixes whatever was messed up with the data and kept removing the Scouts.
Thanks for the quick reply! Now don’t see any Lion den set up in the Roster on Scoutbook Plus for the pack (they do show in old Scoutbook). I didn’t want to try to make one yet in case anything needs to be looked at first.

Edit: I did recreate the den in Plus.
Edit 2: the Lion 1 den disappeared again in Scoutbook Plus
I notified the developers again and setup a position sync. Check for them on Wednesday morning.
I am having an identical issue. I have two Lion Dens visible in Scoutbook, but neither is visible in Scoutbook Plus. We only have one Lion registered. He is visible in one of the Dens on Scoutbook, but he does not appear on the roster in Scoutbook Plus. I’m unable to delete the extra den in Scoutbook, as it redirects me to Scoutbook Plus. Help!

Yes, that did work! I was able to delete the duplicate den, and now I see the Lion Scout In Scoutbook Plus. Will I always have to use an incognito window?
@WilliamMcCormick3- it would point to an issue with the browser you are using.
Thank you for the update. There are known cache issues with den assignments. The developers are aware and are working on fixing.
Incognito helped us to identify this as the known cache issue.
you can try clear cache - if that does not work it maybe some installed plugin/extension
Huh. Interestingly, I did have the Scoutbook Feature Assistant Extension installed on Chrome. So I uninstalled it, cleared the cache, and it looks all fixed now. Thank you for your help!
I think I’m good. This morning the “Lion Den - 1” reappeared in SB Plus, but was empty. I added the three Scouts manually. SB Legacy still had three “Lion Den 1” listed, with the three Scouts in one of them. Several hours later, they still show in SB Plus properly, and now SB Legacy only has the one “Lion Den 1” listed.

I am so thankful for this forum topic because I am having the same issue this week with our Lion den. I can see the scouts on the roster via my.scouting and the den shows on SB Legacy but not on SB+. Using an incognito window worked tonight so thank you for the suggestions. I will try again tomorrow and see how it goes.
