I have attempted to change me email in my scoutbook account from changeyouremail@scoutbook.com to my email account. But I can’t fill out the field. I have attached a screenshot. Please advise on what I need to do.

You need to go to Edit Profile to change Email
Note that it may look right in edit profile. If so, edit and save it without actually changing it to trigger an update to the systems.

Both of the fields are locked. I can’t edit anything into them to change and update.
you either need to click edit or a pencil @MatthewLinn I cannot recall
This is just in scoutbook. My email is correct in my.scouting.org
Yes in Scoutbook you do not click Email to change it - you click Edit Profile
My Internet Advancement email is correct and has been for a long time, it is just scoutbook that doesn’t have the email information.
Change in IA and save then go back and correct it - that should solve it
