When I attempt to update my email in Scoutbook it directs me to update it in Internet Advancement (the email box is greyed out in Scoutbook). Internet advancement has my correct email address. My member ID is 12010142. My email should be (removed by Moderator)
My understanding is that an edit without a change (e.g. add extra character, remove extra character, then save) should push the email out to Scoutbook.
Excellent - thank you @CharleyHamilton. I did not think to try that as a troubleshooting option, I’ll give it a try wait the day or so and see if that fixes the issue. Appreciate the quick response!
Looks like it updated pretty quickly. Much appreciated on this - the push took less then 5 minutes.
