Cell Phone Carrier/Text Messaging Verification

Hi,

We live in Alaska and are trying to get some parents text messaging verifications done to receive text updates. Alaska’s dominant cell phone carrier/network is GCI, which is not on the list to verify. How do we get that added? They are a regional carrier and there are a few on the list, listed already.

How do we do that? I’m the Council Program Director on the Professional Staff. Is there a specific contact?
