My son’s name is misspelled in the Scouting app. I have him connected to my account using his Member ID that his advancement chair gave to me, but his last name should be the same as mine and I’m not sure who has permission to change that and how.
John, you need to talk to your Council Staff. You have an additional member ID with your last name spelled the same as your son, and with the parent relationship.
They should be able to fix the records.
