Both of my children’s names are listed twice on my dashboard on Scoutbook. Both have the same membership ID’s, they are just on there 2 times.
@TraciHowell it is most likely they have 2 memberships - go to their memberships in Scoutbook and look
No, they do not have 2 memberships. I said that in the original post. they are both the same for both names.
@TraciHowell did you renew memberships like 7/23/24?
It posted on my bank account on 7/22 but I renewed on the website a few days before.
