In the messaging/email section, I have parents that appear twice:

@LauraCincotta those are fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number

Thanks. I usually don’t get much help from council on Scoutbook stuff. For the first one, 14872581 & 14512144 - AB, he was given such a run around that he did one account for one son and one account for the other.

This isn’t Scoutbook stuff. It is something that only your council can do with Registrar Tools.
