I just logged into scoutbook and am connected to my son but when I went into his patrol, it shows that he is listed twice. I can only access one of them. I asked the troop committee and they referred me here to fix it. Any ideas?
Check his memberships. Does he have more than one current membership?
I have one scout (and one adult) listed twice. I’m the Unit Advancement Chair and do all the SB updating (full access, forget my position name off the top of my head). I just keep hoping that both will fall off with rechartering. Both only have one membership number and the one scout name actively shows up with an X through his name in the Events (his other name shows up correctly).
