Combined Troop has no Committee Chair, Missing Adult Leaders

Good morning!

Troop 422 (boys and girls) have merged as part of the Combined Troops pilot program. We were using the Linked Troop structure.

Using the boys’ troop (B) as the primary troop and the girls’ troop (G) as the hold troop, all the leaders and female scouts should have been copied into the primary troop (B). We still have adult leaders in the G troop not copied into primary (B) troop yet.

To add to the chaos, on 9/15/24 our Committee Chair resigned. I took up her role. I am shown in the (G) troop only. Since I have not been copied into the (B) troop yet, our troop has no Committee Chair, and I have no access. Our CoR has tried to give me permissions, and I’ve tried to apply as multiple registered in B & G, and reach out to Council, but nothing has worked.

According to the former chair, there is/are application(s) I need to process, but I can’t get to them without access.

Any help you guys could provide would be super appreciated because I’m having a tough time learning this new role when I can’t see the tools I need.
