I’m trying to create a basic training for the commisiones of my area. When a download the PowerPoints from the Commissioner Tool page, this document appears with a password.

I need to take that password out so y can change it to Spanish and ass a few steps.

Can your DC or Council Commish/ACC not assist you on connecting with the relevant folks (probably via council staff) at national to explain the issue and see if they can help you out?

I would suggest contacting the National Commissioner Service Team. The Commissioner Training Chair in particular. You will not be able to get the password, but they might be able to assist in other ways. Be clear up front that the purpose is to translate slides into Spanish for a Spanish-speaking audience. I don’t know whether that will get you the help you’re seeking, but that’s probably your best route for speaking with someone.
