I have an Assistant Council Commissioner who has lost access to Commissioner Tools. We have reached out to the National Support line, who referred us to our Registrar.
Our Registrar has verified that his roles are accurate and active.
He holds several roles, as many of us do, at the unit, COR, and council level.
He was able to access Comm Tools until recently.
Does his ‘primary’ role have to be changed to ACC?
I experienced a similar lack of access when my role changed from Unit Commissioner to Council Commissioner.
Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions?
