my contact report does not show any contacts being made all year which is incorrect, i have entered several unit contact interactions using the commissioner tools. I am not sure if it is something we are doing wrong or the system is not registering our contacts.
We have also entered OUTDOOR activities with our pack and those numbers are not show up in the metrics for units as well.
@SarahWiseman - on the outdoor activities there is a section in edit event for unit metrics
Beyond that there is nobody from the my.scouting.org team on the forums, so I would suggest working with your council to have it reported via a member care ticket
I am the District Chairman for our district and my DC and RTC have complained that they have experienced this too. Are these contact interactions working? I know this is in my.scouting but trying to understand their struggles for something I don’t have permissions to do.
