Unit Key Metric Entry not working correctly for Commissioners

There is a function in the Org Manager to be able to enter Outdoor and Super Activities on behalf of a unit (and youth election/training dates for certain kinds of Units). For one unit where I am a Key 3 Delegate, I can see the screen and I can submit a date, using the Submit Entry button.:

However, for another unit where I am not registered in the Unit, I can see the screen, and I can enter a date, but there is no Submit Entry button:

As the assigned Commissioner to this Unit, shouldn’t I be able to submit this information so that the Unit Dashboard / Metrics are correct? Otherwise, why show this screen?

@PaulLanzi- it is the units task to enter that information not a commissioner. As far as you being able to see it..sounds like something for a member care ticket
