Good morning Question: there’s any problem with my.scouting.org / commisioners tool. Today I try to access and I don’t have access. Please let me know if there’s a general issue or if is a council issue Thanks

@OmarLopez1 - there is nobody on the forums that directly support my.scouting.org . It would be best to work with council and have them enter a member care ticket.

I think the commissioner tools are down right now.

Just checked, can’t access the district tools either. Perhaps a larger issue tied to district associations being wiped?

There’s a direct contact of the person that works with the my.scouting.org page. I have all the unit Commissioner of my district without access to the Commissioner tools.

Now they gone from the app. Sounds like something is up. While it is nice to see it isn’t just one person, as @Stephen_Hornak says, no one that can do anything other than commiserate is here.
