Commissioners tool

Good morning

Question: there’s any problem with my.scouting.org / commisioners tool. Today I try to access and I don’t have access.

Please let me know if there’s a general issue or if is a council issue

@OmarLopez1- there is nobody on the forums that directly support my.scouting.org. It would be best to work with council and have them enter a member care ticket.

I think the commissioner tools are down right now.

It is working for me via the app. Via the web, my district is no longer listed.

Just checked, can’t access the district tools either. Perhaps a larger issue tied to district associations being wiped?

There’s a direct contact of the person that works with the my.scouting.org page. I have all the unit Commissioner of my district without access to the Commissioner tools.

Unfortunately not. The council professionals will need to submit a MemberCare ticket to national IT for information/support on the issue.

Now they gone from the app. Sounds like something is up. While it is nice to see it isn’t just one person, as @Stephen_Hornak says, no one that can do anything other than commiserate is here. One would have to ask an employee to enter a member care ticket. It would also be useful to lobby the national commissioner technology sub team to monitor the commissioner section of these forums for items just like this.

I wonder if @RickHillenbrand might be able to put a bug in the right ears about this. I agree it would be helpful to have a more direct conduit, even if it’s just for 911-moments like these where nobody knows quite what’s going on except it’s not working".

Glad to see I am not the only one having the issue. Got my ticket submitted with council.

Same issue here, error message: “Failed to fetch members. Error: Revoked token” which leads me to suspect Membership Database as a likely root cause based on other comments.
I’ll give it a couple of days before reaching out to the local Registrar.

I’m no longer on the Commissioner Service Team, but have passed along the concern to Mike Weber.

I am having the same issue. All of my district access has disappeared. I called my council & they told me to come here for help.

Thanks, Rick! I saw that you had finished your term of service there a while back in the Commissioner newsletter. That was why I thought you might know who to tell, rather than being in a position to light a fire under the support team directly.

I assume you are asking this as a question? Is there a link or email? No. Your council needs to submit a ticket.

The national commissioner’s team does have their personal emails listed in the national webpage. I don’t know if it would be kind to treat that as an error reporting address though.
