When running incomplete merit badge report is listing multiple complete requirements as incomplete. If you go to the individual scout advancement you can see those are approved but the report picks those as incomplete. Seems data may not be in sync or a push/refresh is missing or pending.
We need the Scout’s BSA Member ID (no names), the MB you are see trouble with and the REF: number at the bottom of the report.
