Scout MID 131842816 shows no completed ranks in SB+ yet they are all listed in his person profile from Council. Is there a way for me (or you) to sync this?
This is a known issue. Try a hard refresh.

Just to confirm, are you the user seen no progress for this Scout? What role is selected in the upper right drop down?
@edavignon I am seeing it as Council Admin. The unit is seeing it and the Council Advancement Chair is seeing it,
I need the MID of the unit leader(s) that are seeing it.
@edavignon 5867856 is ASM with Key 3 Delegate functional role
I have added the Council Admin and CAC seeing the same issue to the ticket.
