I have a cub pack reporting that some scouts are shown as completing ranks in another unit, but they have only been associated with one pack. Anyone else seeing this?
@KarlGerdes - where do you see this was done in another unit, and beyond that the needs approval and purchasing should be done via scoutbook classic for now.
@KarlGerdes do not post images with names on it please. It is best for users to report issues themself so they can answer questions - like what makes them think it is another unit?

list of scouts, none of whom have been in any other pack.
Where is that note appearing? Is this in Scoutbook+ (advancements.scouting), legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting), or through another reporting interface (e.g. at my.scouting)?
@KarlGerdes as mentioned before - this is why the user communicating is important - what is the Member ID seeing this.

in Scoutbook Plus?
The Pending Items function is currently not working correctly, and units should use the Needs Approval Report in Scoutbook (legacy).
However, in the first picture that you posted, those Cub Scouts have ranks that were marked as Completed, but not yet Approved. A leader in the pack should be able to mark them as Approved in Scoutbook Plus or Scoutbook (legacy).
