All of the ranks for all of my Scouts are not displaying correctly. The system shows that each Scout has a rank assigned, but when I open their profile, all of the rank information is blank. It doesn’t show any progress toward any rank.
Even my Eagle Scouts are showing 0% progress on every rank, which is clearly incorrect. It appears that none of the rank advancement data is being displayed. Could you please look into this issue?
Yes, I am the committee chair and advancement.
@ShawnaDuncan - i would not post images with scout names and photos. And you would not have to be in the functional role of advancement chair if you are committee chair.

or what happens if you click View More for one of the ranks?

@ShawnaDuncan is odd - the data is just not flowing into your account - Scouting America IT does not release schedules. Watch the Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of the fix.
Can you let me know when there might be a fix for this? It makes it really difficult to get stuff entered into scoutbook correctly.
Go to Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums click on the bell icon then click on Watching to get an e-mail when a new item is posted to the Change Log.
