CSV export/backup of scout does not include Pack Number / Does not support support Changing Pack/Den/Troop

Reviewing Information in ScoutBook Scout backup CSV files.
Do not see Pack Number
How is it handled if Scout changes Pack, Den, Troop or Patrol?
If the CSV file format changes is there a format indicator?
Comments added when entering a Board Of Review do not seem to be included in CSV
