Updating MBC List

Our council uploads a “csv” file to update the MBC info. We have been doing this successfully for several years now. I am a Council Scoutbook Admin. About a week ago (June 10, 2024, or so) we uploaded our “updated” MBC list as a “csv” file, it processed properly with zero rows with errors, we hit the “Process” button and after a short while, we received a message “We encountered an error processing your file, please try again later”. We have repeated this proess several times a day for the past week, including regenerating the “csv” file a couple of times. Still get the same error message. A visual review of the “csv” file does not reveal any obvious malformed entries. Any suggestions?


Ask a member of your Council staff to open a ticket with BSA IT and include the csv file in the ticket.
