I’ve noticed that Commissioner Tools has the ability to show the upcoming Roundtable calendar, which also ports to units on their Unit Dashboard. My concern is that a once future-dated roundtable event disappears when it becomes the day of the roundtable. If I go to Roster, select a unit, and click their Unit Dashboard, the Roundtable block is also blank for the current day’s roundtable.
Within CT’s Roundtable tab (as opposed to the at-a-glance on the main CT), the “scheduled” event appears to have been auto-moved to “In Progress”, and thus dropped off the list. I am not certain what benefit identifying the start time for the event does if it moves long before the event starts. In other words, it appears this shift to “In Progress” is happening one day too soon.
I presume this glitch has been around for some time. It is most glaring when we haven’t posted the following month’s roundtable event. For those looking for the detail on the day of the event, the lack of information shown can lead to Scouters mistakenly thinking it had been cancelled.
