I recently took over Advancement Chair role.
We have (3) Scouts that transitioned to Troop over a year ago and their Cub Scout ranks are still showing up on “Items to Approve” list.
I have no way to approve or clear them because they don’t show up on any Troop report that I can find.

@MichaelFish1 are you using Legacy Scoutbook or Scoutbook+? Troops for advancement should only be using Legacy Scoutbook
I use have to use both Legacy Scoutbook and Scoutbook+ as both have functionality I need.
It is in Scoutbook+ that these entries are still visible and just looking to get the notification cleared so it doesn’t state “4 pending items to be approved.” I am guessing this is because they didn’t get approved by pack before they transitioned to troop.
Scoutbook + Approval and purchase system are not functional yet - Legacy Scoutbook should be used
Yes I understand that. I use legacy Scoutbook for approval and purchase system. We have a Court of Honor tonight and just went through this process. But because I also use Scoutbook+ for other functions I would like to clear the the “4” from the alarm on top of that page so I don’t think I failed to complete something. There is no way to clear that from Legacy Scoutbook as they don’t show up I am guessing because they are Cub Scout ranks not approved before they transitioned to troop.
