Custom Report showing incorrect data for AOL progress

I have created a custom advancement report for my AOL Den. This report is showing that a scout has completed both AOL electives (both boxes are checked). Yet the report and the youth’s profile in scoutbook show that only 1 elective has been earned. Obviously this incorrect data complicates communications with parents at this time of year.

Expected: custom report is internally consistent and accurately indicates that 1 elective is completed when only 1 actually has been completed.

Observed: custom report incorrectly indicates that 2 electives are complete when only 1 has been completed.

@DavidCarlson4 I think you posted the wrong Scout info. This scout is done with Citizen and God. Please check the scout number.

It is the correct Scout. I generated the report prior to my den meeting. At the den meeting the Scout’s parent communicated they had completed the Duty to God and final needed service hours for Citizenship. I discovered the issue after marking those adventures complete and the Scout’s AOL was still incomplete.

@DonovanMcNeil i have two reports, both demonstrate the issue. The first report is several years old and the newer one was one I created to see if it reproduced in a new report (it did).

@DavidCarlson4 so we are on the same page - your issue is that the report is showing AOL as complete

@DonovanMcNeil The report is showing both 2A and 2B as completed when the scout has done only one elective (knife safety).

@DonovanMcNeil This is also wrong for another youth in my den. Same issue. Elective #2 marked done, when it is not. Same reports as above.

@DonovanMcNeil Another youth is showing 1 elective completed and 1 elective 75% done on both reports above, yet she has not finished any elective?!

Hi @DonovanMcNeil Any updates? Is there a mechanism to report bugs in scoutbook so this doesn’t get lost?

@DavidCarlson4 this has been reported - look for updates in the change log. Simply look at the scouts now for the correct data.

I have been using this custom report for a long time, so I know the settings are correct.
My Target First Class report does not show any requirements as complete.
It is only showing percent complete.

When I add the “Show Dates” criteria it adds both the checkbox and the date, but the checkbox does not show up with just “Show % complete” like usual.
