Den Admin Role Listed Twice

I have a Den Leader who shows as a Den Admin twice for the same Den. When I try to end date one of them it states “The user has a Den Leader position. You can end Den Admin position by ending the Den Leader position.” I don’t want to end date his Den Leader role to remove the duplicate role.

Any assistance is appreciated!

just put an end date on one of the admin positions
