New adult leader registered and when I go to add them to a Den, it duplicated there position several times -

I have no idea what happened. I saw the duplicate positions in the DB so I closed them. She now only has one Den Leader and Den Admin position for Den 2.
This happened for me as well.
I changed the role of the leader in scoutbook plus (add leader to den), casuing them to show up like the screenshot above in legacy scoutbook.
I was able to work around it by terminating one of the duplicated positions
