Our Den Leader needs help with accounts. He has two accounts in our Pack but is using another profile.

The profile he logs in as is:
SB User ID: 11697868
BSA Member ID:13739137

The two profiles I show on our Roster are:
SB User ID: 11989495
BSA Member ID: 13889874

SB User ID: 12036231
BSA Member ID: None

Can you add the profile he logs in with to our Pack?
