Den Leader unable to mark advancement

I have a den leader who is getting the error “Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action” when he’s trying to update advancement for the scouts in his den. I’ve confirmed on (old) scoutbook that he currently is in an unexpired den leader and den admin position for his den. He has double-checked that he’s using the correct profile in internet advancement/scoutbook plus.

Possibly related, he’s also getting errors indicating that says a feature is “unavailable in offline mode” even though he definitely has an internet connection. He has tried logging out and then back in, and that has not fixed the issue.

I have looked to see if there is a way to edit his position in internet advancement/scoutbook plus but if it’s there, I haven’t figured out how to do it.

Post the Den Leader’s Scouting America Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.

Thank you @DonovanMcNeil for the suggestion(s)… so I tried both (incognito & new private window) and while this error doesn’t seem to affect what I am able to do (approving badges and adding them to a PO) - the error still shows every time I log on.
