I have a scouter in my Troop who appears correctly in a search for counselors within 5 or 10 miles but when searching for 25 miles he disappears. His distance is listed as 0 miles.
What MBs does he counsel and what is is Scouting America Member ID (no names)? And what zip code are you searching from? We will send this to the development team for investigation once we have this information.
