I have been an MBC for about a year and recently realized that I lost my MBC tools in the dashboard. Called my council and the lady said she fixed it but it did not fix and I am still missing all of those tools.
My BSA ID is 13042184.
@KaeliWaldstein Your MBC position in Scoutbook is not approved. I can end it and request a position sync. After that happens it looks like your council needs to add the merit badges that you are approved to counsel.
Okay so then do I just call my council and have them re add the merit badges that I am approved for?
Yes, wait until you see your MBC position in Scoutbook tomorrow (you should see the position with a green shield and check mark to indicate that the position is approved). Then contact your council and ask them to add the merit badges again.
