Disappearing Merit Badge Counselor Dashboard

Hello! I am a new Merit Badge Counselor. I was approved on September 14 by council to be a MBC. I noticed that a few weeks ago that I did have “My Merit Badge Counseling Dashboard” in my account.

Now, I am not see this option at all.

When I login the Scouting app, I noticed that my MBC expires on 12/31/22.

Could this have something to do with my disappearing dashboard?

I had planned to start working with a few scouts in my troop on their Citizenship in the Community MB. What can I do to see “My Merit Badge Counseling Dashboard” in my account?

Your MBC is not approved in Scoutbook I setup a sync for later today to see if it solves it
