Our troop has been using TM for a while. Want to switch over to Scoutbook. Do we need to enter all old activities accomplished by all the scouts?
And if so what is the best method? Export TXT/CSV from TM and Import into Scoutbook? or Manually each one.
It’s up to you and your troop.
Some other options: delegate to the Scouts and have them update their own service / camping / hiking logs and have them checked by an ASM or other designated adult for each patrol. Or do a one time carryover entry that just includes the totals.: “Carryover camping nights from TM”, or “Carryover service hours from TM”, or something similar.
