On my activity log report it has the hours many many times I checked the event and the event is only listed once. Some are listed for the next couple of days but that is not listed on the calendar. I assume it was entered and something was removed but it left the work hours?

Additionally it is asking for me to add join dates for scouts but the dates appear to already be in the system.
But like obviously 1 youth did not do 2 service hours on the 17th from 9-11 and then 2 additional on the same day for the same hours and again 10 times.
OK how do I remove stuff from the database which is not there. The person shown above did NOT do any service 8/17/24 but has 6 hours approved for that date. How can I remove the duplicate stuff in the database? The event is only listed once so I cannot find a way to delete it on my own.
that will bring you to your profile. Then scroll down to the activity log section and click on service hours. That will present the log entries. You should be able to see any duplicates. You may not be able to directly edit them there. But knowing the date you can go to the activity logs at the left menu and edit the log to remove the duplicates. In this case you have entries on the 19th and 17th of august 2024.
@RuthVila- since the data base has the entries I recommend going to the log entries in question and checking the hours posted. If it was done as a group entry then everyone would receive that credit. If the variable entry is used then you could apply the hours to those who participated. This is likely a data entry issue
Since I cannot find where it was put in as a group entry in order to fix it (on my end it appears to have been removed) I think I will just have to give everyone the hours regardless if they were there or not and assume time travel happened for the people who earned 6 hours in the same 2 hour time period because it was somehow put in 3 consecutive times as this is how it shows up in my reports.
I was not the person who put this event in in the first place and I cannot delete something which will not show for me.
Is there any way to reach human people at national who could correct this?
The only support offered for Scoutbook/SB+ are via the SUAC volunteers in the forums here, or by asking your council professional staff to submit a MemberCare ticket on your behalf. National hasn’t provided direct support access in quite some time now.
