Duplicate User IDs with Same Email

I have an alert on my scoutbook page stating there is another user using the same email. I have had issues in the past with this and I am not sure why it is back again. I can provide user logon info and ID numbers to help.

It also may have an issue with my son having the same name as me, so before any changes are made, please contact me.



You are getting this message because your e-mail address is on your daughter’s Scoutbook account. We can remove it and the message will go away.

Perfect. I will have her add her email address and update her profile.
