One of my Scouts just downloaded his Eagle Application from Scoutbook, so it fills in all the dates for him. The version that downloaded is old. 512-728 - February 2022 Revision. So, it does not have Cit. in Society MB. I didn’t notice, he sent it in, and it has been returned for him to fill out a new one.
Please Put the correct form if that is going to be a feature (it’s a great one IMO)
It should be the most current version, assuming that the scout’s rank version is set to the current requirements. That has been my experience with scouts in my unit. I just tested it with my son, and his shows up as the June 2022 version:
ETA: I should have mentioned that the version includes Citizenship in Society:
Check the version of the Eagle Rank set for the scout in their Advancements section in Scoutbook;
If it’s set this way, it should be generating the latest version of the Eagle application.
If the toggle is set to 2016, then it uses the pre-Citizenship in Society requirements.

No worries. I’ve run into this a couple of times after the requirement change first took effect, before we got all of our scouts swapped over.
